Air Regulator
This is the same high quality air regulator that we include with all of our blast cabinet upgrade kits. Easily adjusts with the turn of a knob. Having an air regulator located at your blast cabinet is a great way to reduce the pressure being delivered from your compressor to exactly what you need to run your blast cabinet efficiently and without wasting air. Wasting air results in your compressor cycling on and off more frequently and contributes to wear and tear on the pump as well as additional unwanted heat and noise. The air pressure sweet spot for a properly dialed in blast cabinet is in the range of 45-65 PSI. This can vary based on the CFM (cubic feet minute) of air being supplied by your compressor, the orifice size of the gun, and the type and grit size of the abrasive media that you are using. Having an air pressure regulator at your cabinet will facilitate efficiency and ease of use. Comes complete with the correct brass fittings that accept standard 3/8" ID air hoses.
